Fine Arts Concert

The next WDNA Fine Arts concert will feature the debut of one the world's foremost jazz pianist, Helen Sung. 

Regarded as a 'dynamic powerhouse,' Sung is turning the jazz world upside down. She's an award-winning pianist who's worked with some of the industry's greatest icons including Clark Terry, Ron Carter, and Wayne Shorter, among others. She's a graduate of the prestigious Thelonious Monk Institute and winner of the Kennedy Center's Mary Lou Williams Piano Competition. She's also an educator who teaches at the renowned Berklee College of Music, and New York Jazz Symposium at Snow College, Utah. Wynton Marsalis named her as one of his "Who's Got Next: Jazz Musicians to Watch."    

Art Exhibition by Eva Ruiz

The evening includes an exhibition titled "Rain Falls in the Rhythm of a Love Letter" by visual artist, Eva Ruiz. Influenced by the surrealism movement of the early 20th century, the Columbian-born painter's works aptly celebrates the genre and she's guided by her will to express love in all the she does. Several of Ruiz's paintings will be unveiled for the first time and they're sure to captivate every viewer.

This all-inclusive evening includes catered cuisine by The Fish House and reservations are required.
