"Visual Euphoria," by Carl Craig

The evening also includes a fascinating exhibit titled "Visual Euphoria" by Haitian-born artist, Carl Craig. Now a seasoned veteran whose works are coveted by collectors worldwide, Craig is a self-taught artist who abandoned a successful career in finance and governmental consultation to follow his heart.

Like most gifted artists, talent seems to flow rather than obtained through instruction and Carl's pieces are exemplary of this notion. In 2015, one of his painting, “GoudouGoudou 7.3” was the semi-finalist in the yearly national contest organized by the Bombay Sapphire, The Artisans Series.

Carl's exhibition in the WDNA Jazz Gallery runs March 24 – May 14, and all pieces will be for sale.

The evening also includes an art exhibit  by Haitian painter, Carl Craig, with refreshments and catered cuisine by The Fish House.
